Qualifications - Entering my 16th year as a residential real estate specialist in the Napa Valley, I have operated
under the ST. HELENA REAL ESTATE name since January 1, 2000. My business partner,
John Bjorner,
and I are based in my family-owned building at 1346 Main Street in downtown St. Helena. John's
background includes property development and hotel ownership, and his knowledge of investment,
finance, contracts and negotiating deals is vast.
Connections - My earlier alignments with Morgan Lane Real Estate and Pacific Union Residential Brokerage gave me
the opportunity to network with top producing real estate professionals throughout the San Francisco
Bay area. I work diligently to establish and maintain solid and fruitful relationships with both local
and Bay Area professionals in my field.
Roots - My family has been in the Napa Valley for more than three generations. Although the population of
St. Helena has not changed much since my childhood, the demographics have changed dramatically. I love
the diversity I find in the clients I work with and the challenge each one presents. I feel as though
I am sharing a piece of my heritage with each sale.
My approach is always straightforward, professional and honest. My objectives are:
